Frieza Saga

As i’ve gotten older I’ve come to realize stories are better when they don’t overstay their welcome. And Dragon Ball is certainly a good example of that. I’m of the opinion that Dragon Ball peaked with the Cell Saga and that it should’ve ended with Gohan surpassing his dad. The appeal of early Dragon Ball to me is that sense of adventure and underdogs using their wits and techniques to come out on top even when the odds are stacked against the protagonists. And nowhere is this more apparent than the Saiyan Saga and Frieza Saga. Plus bowl cut Gohan is favorite version of Gohan.
